Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to production times, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

Wild Kindred Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because our items are custom-made, we only accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged items
Defective items
Incorrect items received

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Color differences due to screen settings
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

All claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and must include photo proof.
