Return & Refund Policy

At Wild Kindred Apparel, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we have a limited return policy designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Color differences due to screen settings

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
